Hello! Welcome to the latest issue of "The Catch", published fortnightly for Nassau's best rowing club.

Remembering Hurricane Dorian

On the 1 year anniversary of Hurricane Dorian, please join us in a moment of silence for all of those lost in the storm.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the people of Abaco and Grand Bahama as they rebuild their lives. Through every disaster, every pandemic, we remain Bahamas Strong.

New Boats!

Nassau RC is please to report that our fleet is growing! This shipment would not have been possible without the support of our sponsors. Thank you to the Bahamas Charitable Giving Foundation for a generous grant. These new shells will enable us to serve more rowers across the island, and small boats are safer for social distancing and working on our technical skills.

Update on Fall Programming

At this time in the reopening of the country, Nassau RC remains closed. When we are allowed to begin training again, only singles and doubles will be rowed. Stay tuned to our social media channels for further updates!

Our safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 include:

Touch-less thermometer scan upon arrival, masks required on land, hand sanitizer upon entry and after landing at the dock, disinfecting spray for oar handle, and a soap and water station for cleaning boats. We are committed to your health and safety.
