Hello!  Welcome to the latest issue of "The Catch",

published fortnightly for Nassau's best rowing club.

 

Fall Program Registration is OPEN!

 

Please see the flyer for programs offered by Nassau Rowing Club beginning in September.  We have classes for beginners, both youth and adults, and groups to improve and challenge your rowing skills. Our community is growing, join us!

 

 Farewell to Five NRC Juniors

 

Nassau RC bids a fond farewell to Allana Knowles, Noah Morris, Mia Gardner,  Sarah Ratcliffe, and Tasneem Karabas.

 

Allana has graduated from St Andrews School, and heads off to Northeastern University, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Noah and Mia will attend Darlington School in Rome, Georgia.

Sarah will attend Christchurch School in Christchurch, Virginia.

Tasneem leaves for Turkey with her family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We will miss you all, and please know that you will always be a part of Nassau Rowing Club. 

 

Thank you for everything you have brought to our community, and we wish you all the best! Please take your knowledge and passion for rowing, and share it with your new friends.

 

And finally, check in with us every time you are home on holiday!

"What drew me to rowing was that I was looking for a sport to play at Darlington. I was going to play soccer, but a friend suggested rowing, so I got into it [with NRC] to get a feel for it.  After getting better at it, I started to really like rowing".
